How it works
You point at it.We do the rest.
Selling surplus electrical equipment has a reputation for being slow and complicated. It is not, when you sell to the company that actually keeps the equipment.
The sequence
Four steps, start to check.
Send what you have
Email a nameplate photo, or fill in the quote form, or just call and describe it. We are not fussy about format — a phone photo taken standing on a ladder is the most common thing we receive.
For multiple units, a spreadsheet or even a handwritten list works. We price it and put it in writing
We value the unit on what it is actually worth to us: resale, repair, or reclaimed material. You get a written offer with the removal terms attached, so nothing is ambiguous later.
Same day for most single units. Larger packages take a little longer.Paperwork, then a date
We complete whatever your site requires before anything is scheduled — vendor onboarding, safety paperwork and the bill of sale. Then we set a removal date that fits your outage window or your demolition schedule.
We work around shutdowns, weekends and night windows. We remove it and pay you
Our crew arrives with the right rigging for the job, coordinates with your electrician on the disconnect, drains and contains fluid where needed, loads and hauls. You get paid at pickup and the disposal documentation follows.
Your side of it
What you don't have to deal with.
Every item below is something a seller normally has to arrange, pay for, or worry about. On our jobs, none of them are yours.
- Booking a crane or finding a rigging contractor.
- Arranging oversize permits or freight.
- Testing fluid or chasing a PCB disposal vendor.
- Storing a unit while a broker looks for a buyer.
- Chasing payment after the equipment has already left.
- Explaining to your EHS team where the oil went.
Before you call
Common questions.
Is there any cost to me?
No. Rigging, transport, permits and disposal are ours. The offer is what you receive, and there is no scenario where a sale to us costs you money.
What if I just want it gone and it has no value?
Tell us. Some equipment does not carry enough value to cover removal, and we will say so plainly rather than waste your time. In many cases we can still take it away at no charge as part of a larger package.
Do you need the equipment disconnected first?
It needs to be de-energised and disconnected by a qualified electrician before we lift it. We coordinate the timing with your team, and on larger jobs we can arrange the electrical work as part of the removal.
Can you sign our contractor safety paperwork?
Yes. Send us your vendor onboarding, site safety requirements and insurance thresholds, and we will complete them before mobilising.
How is payment made?
Company check or wire at pickup, whichever your accounting prefers. For larger packages we can structure a deposit up front with the balance on completion.
We're a contractor, not the owner. Can we still sell?
Yes, and we work with demolition and electrical contractors regularly. We just need written authority from the owner to take the equipment, which is usually already in your contract.
Ready when you are.
Send the nameplate and we will start the clock.
